About Me

My photo

Life is beautiful whether you're soaking in sunshine or caught in a thunderstorm. I take the beauty of life for granted too often. I have a supportive husband who I don't want to live life without, a beautiful son who is always reminding me of the simple things that really matter, and an independent daughter who is teaching me to throw schedules out the window and live in the moment. My day is made when free samples fill my mailbox. I love discovering a new product and sharing it with others. I'm addicted to coupons and every penny counts. I hope you will enjoy reading my posts and will share your success stories with me as well.

What an awesome set of books to own from National Geographic Kids!  This set would make a fabulous Christmas gift for your children, grandchildren, nieces, or nephews!

First of all I love that these books are hardback.  When you have kids, you appreciate hardback books even more.  The pages have beautiful, colorful graphics which keep my child interested in the book.  The stories are interesting, short and to the point which helps with their attention span.  National Geographic's mission is to inspire kids to learn about the planet and empower them to make it better and these books complete their mission.  My son and daughter can learn about important people that made a difference in this world which will inspire them to be a hero and heroine also!
