About Me

My photo

Life is beautiful whether you're soaking in sunshine or caught in a thunderstorm. I take the beauty of life for granted too often. I have a supportive husband who I don't want to live life without, a beautiful son who is always reminding me of the simple things that really matter, and an independent daughter who is teaching me to throw schedules out the window and live in the moment. My day is made when free samples fill my mailbox. I love discovering a new product and sharing it with others. I hope you will enjoy reading my posts and will share your stories with me as well.

Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent Review

Laundry detergent is a big deal at my house.  And I'm pretty sure it's a big deal at your house too.  Our laundry piles are endless and it's something that won't go away.

Do you know what's hiding in your favorite detergent?  So many companies don't list all the ingredients on their labels.  Seventh Generation is not one of those companies and I love the fact that their laundry detergent is clean!  Not only does the plant-derived power and triple enzymes of the laundry detergent blast away dirt, grease, and set-in stains, it's free & clear from toxic fragrances!  Did you know that the term "fragrance" may refer to a mixture of any or over 3,000 chemicals including potential carcinogens, allergens, and reproductive toxins? I don't have to worry about these hidden toxic chemicals that are harmful to my family when choosing Seventh Generation.

I have a two children, a 5 year old boy who loves playing outside and getting dirt and grass stains on his clothes.  And I have a 7 month old girl who is in the messy baby food eating stage and her clothes are covered with every possible food particle there is.  Their clothes get DIRTY.  And Seventh Generation laundry detergent is fabulous at getting those nasty stains out of the clothes in just one wash.

Disclosure - I received a free product coupon from #GenerationGood in exchange for a review.  All opinions expressed here are my own.
