Life is beautiful whether you're soaking in sunshine or caught in a thunderstorm. I take the beauty of life for granted too often. I have a supportive husband who I don't want to live life without, a beautiful son who is always reminding me of the simple things that really matter, and an independent daughter who is teaching me to throw schedules out the window and live in the moment. My day is made when free samples fill my mailbox. I love discovering a new product and sharing it with others. I'm addicted to coupons and every penny counts. In Awe of God's Creation

Besides the west coast in California, I'm pretty sure the next most beautiful spot is the east coast in Maine.  There's something so raw and natural about the scenery here, I can't stop taking pictures.  It's a good thing we don't develop our 24 picture film rolls at Walmart anymore or I would be broke!  I love how verses in the Bible just go through your mind when you're out in God's creation.

Psalms 42:1b - "As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God."

Matthew 6:26 - "Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them.  Are you not of more value than they?"

Psalms 18:2 - "The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold."

Jeremiah 31:35 - "This is what the Lord says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar--the Lord almighty is his name"

Matthew 24:32 - "Now learn this lesson from the fig tree; as soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near."

Ephesians 3:17-18 - so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.  And I pray that you being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord's holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ."
