About Me

My photo

Life is beautiful whether you're soaking in sunshine or caught in a thunderstorm. I take the beauty of life for granted too often. I have a supportive husband who I don't want to live life without, a beautiful son who is always reminding me of the simple things that really matter, and an independent daughter who is teaching me to throw schedules out the window and live in the moment. My day is made when free samples fill my mailbox. I love discovering a new product and sharing it with others. I hope you will enjoy reading my posts and will share your stories with me as well.

The Latest and Greatest in Bradley's World

Bradley is 3 1/2 years old and his favorite thing to do right now is talk.  He started preschool last week and he goes Wednesday and Thursday from 9-11 am.  The house is so quiet those 4 hours each week and I'm still trying to figure out what to do with myself while he's away.  He still loves being outside and the snow just makes the backyard a better playground.

Ocean + Bradley = Happiness even in 25 degree weather

This kid has 6 different hats, 4 coats, and 3 pairs of boots.
And they are ALL his favorite.

He was pretty proud of himself for surprising me with his colored
belly button at bath time one morning.
He's always asking to help me in the kitchen.

Those eyes remind me of my beautiful Mother every day.

Because two brooms clean the floor better than one...in his opinion.

You would think after all the long hours we had in the car between moving to Maine and looking for a house, he would be sick of his car seat.  He's not.  He still loves to go places!

Why do kids look the most angelic when they sleep?

He's become quite the artist since starting preschool.

Beds being made are not normal around here which makes jumping on the bed a must.
Snow and a sled, what more could a boy ask for?

This kid can tear up a chocolate chip cookie.
Actually a chocolate chip anything....he loves his chocolate chips!

First day of preschool and he was annoyed that I would make him late by taking a picture.

He was quite a ham for the dentist.

Snow in the face is not much fun.

He has become quite the experienced snow shoveler.

  1. He is getting so BIG!!! Just want to give him a huge hug! The girls are so jealous that you guys have that much snow. They keep hoping for a snow day, we've only had a few flakes, ha! K told me that she wanted to go some where this winter with "lots" of snow so she can go sledding and build a snowman. Marker colored belly button....hilarious!!! :) Super excited he is enjoying preschool. His wife will love you someday with all the cooking skills he has learned over the years. Sweet boy!
