Oven Baked Chicken Fajitas

I loved how quick and simple this recipe was but it also made dinner taste like I spent all afternoon preparing it.  Thanks Pinterest for another successful recipe!
 
Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into strips.
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 small can diced green chiles (optional)
1 medium onion, sliced
3/4 large green pepper, sliced
3/4 large red pepper, sliced
 
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Slice chicken and veggies into strips.  Place chicken strips into 13x9 baking dish.  In a small bowl combine the oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt.  Drizzle the mixture over the chicken and stir to coat.  Mix the diced tomatoes and green chiles in a small bowl.  Add the peppers and onions to the chicken and pour the tomatoes and green chiles over the entire dish.   Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.  You can serve this dish alone as a chicken vegetable bowl or serve in tortillas topped with sour cream
