Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread

I love zucchini bread but adding double chocolate to zucchini bread can only make it incredibly more delicious!  I thought this bread was fabulous especially since you substitute honey for white sugar and coconut oil for vegetable oil or butter.  So for it being somewhat "healthy" this recipe is a winner!
 
Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup organic brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup cocoa
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups zucchini, shredded
1 cup mini chocolate chips
 
Directions
In a large bowl, combine eggs, honey, coconut oil, brown sugar, and vanilla.  Beat until combined.  Add salt, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa, and flour and mix well.  Stir in zucchini and chocolate chips with wooden spoon.  Pour batter into greased loaf pan.   Bake at 350 degrees for 65-75 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
