About Me

My photo

Life is beautiful whether you're soaking in sunshine or caught in a thunderstorm. I take the beauty of life for granted too often. I have a supportive husband who I don't want to live life without, a beautiful son who is always reminding me of the simple things that really matter, and an independent daughter who is teaching me to throw schedules out the window and live in the moment. My day is made when free samples fill my mailbox. I love discovering a new product and sharing it with others. I'm addicted to coupons and every penny counts. I hope you will enjoy reading my posts and will share your success stories with me as well.

The Latest and Greatest in Bradley's World

It seems like every day Bradley is losing a part of his baby phase.  He's 31 months old and it's bittersweet to watch him grow up.  He had his first full phone conversation with Daddy last night.  Mike was driving home from work and I let Bradley talk to him.  Bradley told Daddy everything that happened yesterday along with what we were having for supper.  It was crazy to hear and I pretty much almost cried as I was listening.

He loves baths more than ever now thanks to the bath toys Santa brought him.  He loves changing the color of the water with bath tablets.

He's obsessed with brushing his teeth.

Or it's because he's obsessed with playing in the water!

He's finally expanding his TV selection from only Mickey Mouse Clubhouse
 to Barney, Dora, and Diego.

He blew me away with cleaning out the dishwasher one night!

This little guy put all the silverware away by himself!

He knew exactly where all the dishes went.  I had a mixture of proud Mama moments combined with Oh My Gosh, my baby is growing up!

He LOVES to peel oranges but rarely eats them.

I don't say it enough and some days I take it for granted, but I'm so thankful to be able to stay home with him right now.  I'm building a Mommy/Son relationship that is priceless.  Thank you Mike for working so hard providing for our family that I can have this time with Bradley!
