I have a supportive husband who I don't want to live life without, a beautiful son who is always reminding me of the simple things that really matter, and an independent daughter who is teaching me to throw schedules out the window and live in the moment. Georgia Peach Bread Recipe

I had bought several pounds of peaches last week and needed to use them up before they turned bad.  I found this amazing recipe online for Georgia Peach Bread and it was fantastic!  It's definitely a keeper and we'll be using this recipe often.
1 1/2 cups of white sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups pureed peaches
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
In a large mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter until light. 
Add eggs, vanilla, and peach puree and blend well. 
 Add dry ingredients and mix until well blended. 
Pour into two greased 9x5 inch loaf pans. 
Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes, or until a
wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 
Let bread cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan. 
Cool completely on wire racks.
