About Me

My photo

Life is beautiful whether you're soaking in sunshine or caught in a thunderstorm. I take the beauty of life for granted too often. I have a supportive husband who I don't want to live life without, a beautiful son who is always reminding me of the simple things that really matter, and an independent daughter who is teaching me to throw schedules out the window and live in the moment. My day is made when free samples fill my mailbox. I love discovering a new product and sharing it with others. I'm addicted to coupons and every penny counts. I hope you will enjoy reading my posts and will share your success stories with me as well.

Ingles Grocery Trip

We have an extremely busy week ahead so it feels good to get all of my grocery shopping out of the way already.  Here's what I picked up from Ingles today:

Some of the great deals were:
Tetley Tea bags BOGO - used two 55 cents coupons to make each box 44 cents each.
Bertolli Sauce BOGO - used $1.50/2 coupon to make each jar 69 cents each.
Arizona Tea and Juices BOGO - total cost 49 cents a can (these will go to Mike's office)
Gain Laundry detergent on sale for $3.98 - used $1 coupon to make final cost $2.98
Hormel lunch meat BOGO - used 50 cent coupon which doubled to make final cost 98 cents
Eggo Waffles on sale 2/$4 - I used $1/2 coupon to make each box $1.50 each.

I spent a total of $21.83 and saved $29.00.
