Here's the recipe:
One 10-ounce package of peanut butter chips, such as Reese's
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 pound roasted, salted peanuts (one quarter coarsely chopped)
1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Melt peanut butter chips, corn syrup, and butter over medium heat. Once melted, stir in 3/4 of whole peanuts. Let cool slightly.
2. Shape the mixture into a log and roll the candy logs into the chopped nuts. Let sit to harden.
Other tips: You can also microwave the mixture for 1 minute instead of melting it on the stove. Try rolling the logs into other dry ingredients such as toasted coconut, Rice Krispies, or rainbow sprinkles.
